Why so cheap?

This website has been designed to allow customers to purchase high quality cufflinks at discounts to normal retail pricing.  Prices are kept low due to a number of reasons. Our cufflinks are supplied without boxes, although giftboxes are available on the menu above. Our volume purchases ensure we buy at low prices and can pass on these savings to our wholesale and retail customers.  And while we have a vast range, we don't offer any expensive brands or logos, we simply offer classical styles at one low price.

Are these made from Precious Metals and Gems?

Sorry, none of our cufflinks contain real gold, silver or gems sorry.  This is reflected in our affordable pricing.  Despite the low pricing all cufflinks have a quality look to them in any situation, and are made to last for years.  

What finish are these?

Almost all of our cufflinks are Rhodium plated.  Rhodium is a member of the platinum family. Rhodium electroplating is used for our cufflinks to provide a scratch resistant, reflective appearance and durability.  Rhodium is often used with white gold to enhance the reflectivity of the ring and make the diamonds look more brilliant. Because Rhodium is a "noble metal" and inert, it withstands corrosion and makes jewelry more durable for everyday use. 

How do you wear cufflinks?

Cufflinks are worn with shirts which have buttonholes on both sides but no buttons.  These shirst are often described as having French Cuffs, and may be worn either "kissing," with the ends pinched together, or "barrel-style," with one end overlapping the other. Kissing cuffs are usually preferred.  Our cufflinks almost all have a swivel at one end - this threads through the two holes, then swivels to 90 degrees so that the cuff is fastened together.

How accurate are the pictures?

The pictures are close-up photographs of the actual cufflinks.  These are taken to be as accurate as possible - however please note that colors may differ slightly from the actual cufflinks, depending on the setting and accuracy of your computer monitor. 

I've ordered cufflinks and they are no longer on the website?

If stock levels are low on a particular design it will automatically be taken off our website at time of your order.  Due to our high turnover this is reasonably common.  This ensures that we can supply you a pair, and that we can check stock levels before placing that design back on our website. 

Can these Cufflinks be engraved?

Unfortunately not.  Almost all of our cufflinks are plated in a quality heavy Rhodium (silver coloured) finish.  Due to this manufacturing process the finish is pristine and able to take everyday knocks, but any engraving may chip the hardened surface and so engraving is not recommended. 

How do I pay?

Payment is to be by Credit Card through the PayPal website.  PayPal is the world-leading credit card payment service.  Your card information is secure with PayPal - our company receives none of your credit card details.  If you have no credit card please enquire at your bank for credit or debit card options that could be used through the PayPal site.

How are the cufflinks packaged?

All cufflinks are brand new and delivered in a bubble-wrap package.  Giftboxes are also available for purchase on the menu above.

What does delivery cost?

Postage and handling is the flat fee of US$5.95 and applies to all national and international destinations, regardless of the size of the order.  Please note that buyers are responsible for taxes and customs duties in their own countries.

How long does delivery take?

All cufflinks are in stock in our distribution centre.  Due to order processing and delivery timing we aim to deliver your order within 1-2 weeks to North America, Europe and Australasia.  The actual delivery time is beyond our control and is dependent completely on the postal service to varying countries.  Please allow for a longer delivery time and order early, particularly around peak times such as Christmas.   

Can I get a faster delivery?

Please email us if you want express courier delivery - noting the expected delivery time is expected to be 2-4 working days to most countries (within a week).  There are additional costs for this service - generally an additional US$30 per parcel.  Please email us to enquire further.     

What's happened to my order?

Please notify us within 21 days (3 weeks) from the date of your order if you do not receive it.   

Do you provide bulk discount or sell on a wholesale basis?

Yes, we can provide quotes for any order of more than 25 pairs, which is great for corporate promotions and for resellers.  Due to our close association with manufacturers we are able to soruce and supply wholesale lots of cufflinks at compeititive rates.  Please email us to enquire further.  

Warranty Claims?

Cufflinks may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund if found to have a manufacturing or delivery fault.  We can usually make a claim assessment from an emailed photograph but in some cases we may ask for the cufflinks to be returned, for further assessment, at the purchaser's arrangement and cost.  If found to have a manufacturing fault the cufflinks will be replaced with the same design.  If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be provided for the original purchase cost.   Please note that these cufflinks are hard wearing but not designed for engraving - any engraving will make the warranty null and void. 

Please be careful when choosing your cufflinks as we will not accept returns because of the buyer's change of heart!
