Our offices operate Monday to Friday, New Zealand time.  We work all business days, excluding Easter and Christmas holidays, and we aim to reply to all emails within one business day.  

Sorry, as we sell worldwide we don't provide our phone number - the different timezones mean that with our daily hours of operation many customers would simply not get to speak to us - and with the varying languages of our customers we simply don't have the ability to communicate by telephone with all of them.  Hence emails work much better for ourselves and our clients.
